You, our customers, are most important to the success of our business, so, if for any reason you are unhappy with your items or if your order gets lost or damaged in transit, please choose ONE of the following:

• Replace the item, if a duplicate is available
  

• Refund your money
  

• Redeem the item for your choice of something different of similar cost
  

For ALL RETURNS, please contact us first with your reason and choice of one of the above. We will

then issue you with an authorization number and return address. We request that you please return the items in their original packaging.
